Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the return status until your refund is processed.
